The format for April’s second edition of the R Hotels Stableford had a twist this week, SGSC held a 4 clubs, Red Tee edition of the R Hotels Stableford. Jirong Liu continued his good form & took home the first prize with a steady 22 Stableford points. Jirong’s nine holes were certainly adventurous, crafting knock down shots to plot his way around the Red Tee course. Close behind Jirong was Tuesday night regular, Weijian Xu & Akeel Zafar. The two competitors played well over the nine hole event & both returned scores of 19 Stableford points. In order to separate the two a scorecard playoff was required & saw Akeel come out on top due to a better final six holes. Weijian took home the second place prize of a Dinner for 2 adults & 2 children at Orchid Restaurant Ramada Hotel & Suites Ajman plus a healthy Pro Shop Voucher. Weijian wasn’t to go home empty handed as his 19 points earned him third place over the evening’s field, & a body massage for 2 People at the Ramada Hotel & Suites Ajman.
