On Saturday, 26th July, members braved the summer heat and turned out in great numbers for the Orient Travel Monthly Stableford, proudly supported by the Saudi Tourism Authority. With fantastic prizes on offer from our generous sponsors, this event continues to be a firm favourite among the membership.
Emerging victorious on the day was Shayan Mohammed, who played some of his finest golf of the season. His impressive round included six net birdies and two net eagle, guiding him to a superb four-under-par total and 40 Stableford points. Shayan claimed the top spot and was thrilled to walk away with the excellent prizes provided by our sponsors.
Just missing out on first place was Samiuddin Siddiqui, who also returned an outstanding score of 39 points. On another day, his performance would surely have earned him the win, but this time he settled for a well-deserved runner-up position.
In third place was Shagir Mohammed, who continued his consistent form with a solid round and a total of 39 points.
In the Gross Division, Sami Butt delivered a strong performance, posting 34 points to top the leaderboard and claim the final prize of the day.
