OCTOBER MEMBERSHIP OFFER 2025 – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Pairs Membership Offer
1.1. Pairs may consist of members of any gender.
1.2. Both members of the pair must have the same membership start and expiry dates.
1.3. Existing members may avail the pair rate only when registering with a new member. The existing member will retain their current membership tier (Bronze, Silver, or Gold), but will not be eligible for any vouchers under this offer.
2. Individual Membership Offer
2.1. Individuals will receive 13 months of membership for the price of 12.
2.2. This offer is only available to individuals who have not held an SGSC membership within the past three (3) years.
3. Select Membership (SM) Category Offer
3.1. The following groups are eligible for Select Membership:
- Ladies
- Full-time teachers
- UAE Nationals
- Individuals under the age of 35 (as of the date of joining)
- Students
3.2. Eligible Select Members who join in October 2025 will receive special rates along with 13 months of membership for the price of 12. The additional month offer applies only to the first (joining) year.
3.3. Select Members are not eligible to receive vouchers associated with New, Bronze, Silver, or Gold tiers. However, upon transitioning to standard membership rates (due to tenure or change in eligibility), members will qualify for applicable vouchers.
3.4. Each year of membership under the Select category will count toward Bronze, Silver, or Gold tier progression.
3.5. Access to recreation facilities (such as pools, tennis courts, and gym) mirrors that of standard membership tiers. However, Midweek SM are not entitled to complimentary gym access.
3.6. The “SM Teachers” category is exclusively intended for full-time school or university educators or staff. This does not include part-time instructors, freelance educators, private coaches (e.g., yoga or swimming), or consultants. A valid Teacher ID and proof of KHDA-approved employment are required at the time of application.
Additional Terms & Conditions
1. Interest-Free Instalment Plans
Interest-free instalment plans are available for up to six (6) consecutive months, subject to the following one-time processing fees:
- 3 – 4 months – AED 100
- 5 – 6 months – AED 150
- Valid credit/debit card details or post-dated cheques must be provided to avail of an instalment plan.
- The first instalment, along with the EGF fee and administration fee, is payable at the time of registration.
- If a voucher is used toward the membership fee, its value will be applied to the final instalment(s).
2. This promotional offer is valid until 31st October 2025.
3. A limited number of memberships are available at the promotional rate. Allocation is at the sole discretion of SGSC Golf Management.
4. SGSC Golf Management reserves the right to modify or withdraw one or more categories of this offer at any time, without prior notice.
5. First-year memberships under this offer are non-refundable but may be transferred once to another individual. A one-time administration fee of AED 55 will apply to any such transfer.
6. Emirates Golf Federation (EGF) Membership:
In accordance with UAE Ministry of Sports regulations, all SGSC golf members are required to subscribe to the Emirates Golf Federation (EGF). This mandatory EGF affiliate membership fee (AED 525) can be paid directly at SGSC upon joining.
- The EGF membership is governed by its own terms and conditions, independent of SGSC membership.

7. These offer-specific terms are in addition to the general SGSC Annual Membership Terms & Conditions, which appear on the reverse side of the official membership application form.
