First Time Winner in SGSCs Orient Travel Monthly Medal April 2024
Saturday the 20th of April saw the return of the members monthly medal sponsored by Orient Travel. Members descended in numbers trying to stake their claim to be crowned champion of Aprils edition of the event. Claiming his first ever monthly medal was Dale McGarrity after a sizzling score of two under par seventy. Dales round included four net birdies and a net eagle to top the leaderboard by an impressive four shots at the end of the days play. Dale was delighted to walk away with the great prizes that were put up by our sponsors. Taking home the runners up spot was past SGSC captain Rory Thomson with a great score of seventy four. Third place went another former club captain Mukti Rai with a score of seventy six. The final prize was the best gross score which was won by Ramli Sulaiman with a gross score of seventy seven.
The gross and net order of merits will run alongside the Orient Travel monthly medal and we can see who reigns supreme at the end of the winter season.
