Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Thani widely known as Moe Al Thani, is the Managing Director of Sharjah Golf & Shooting Club and the Founder of Altitude UAE.
An entrepreneur, mountaineer, and advocate for performance-led wellbeing, Sheikh Mohammed brings a deeply personal philosophy to everything he leads. As the first Qatari to summit Mount Everest, complete the Seven Summits, and reach both the North and South Poles, his journey across the world’s most extreme environments has shaped a belief in discipline, resilience, and purpose – values that sit at the heart of both Altitude and the wider club ecosystem.
As Managing Director, Sheikh Mohammed champions Sharjah Golf & Shooting Club as a place where people of all ages and abilities can discover their potential, connect through shared experiences, and enjoy a balanced, active lifestyle.
His vision extends beyond physical training to include mindset, community, and long-term wellbeing, reflected in the club’s diverse offering across sport, fitness, adventure, and leisure. Alongside his role at SGSC, he serves as a Board Member of Air Arabia, President of the 3-2-1 Qatar Olympic and Sports Museum, and Founder and Chairman of Musafir.com and High Camp Holding Company.
Through his leadership, Sheikh Mohammed continues to translate the lessons of the mountains into everyday life , creating welcoming spaces that inspire people to rise higher and live with intention.
