Tuesday at Sharjah Golf and Shooting Club saw a strong field compete for the prizes put up by Centro Hotel Sharjah in the midweek event. Competitors played a strokeplay medal from the challenging blue tees and the scores reflected this as only a handful played to their handicaps. In Division A it was Captain Zein Ismail’s fantastic score of thirty four won him a voucher for a 1 night stay at Centro for 2 + a Pro Shop.
Division B winner and also receiving a 1 night Stay at Centro Hotel Sharjah + a Pro Shop Voucher was Andrew Thomas who didn’t drop one shot on his way to a net thirty three which won his division by two shots over Ravi AE who also had a very solid round of thirty five. Ravi didn’t go home empty handed though as he picked up a pro shop voucher.
